If you love socialising, you may find it difficult to enjoy things alone when you do not have anyone for company. But why shouldn't you enjoy your own company? We tell you how
1. Nobody's watching you
When you are alone at home and no one's around you, of course no one's watching you. You can do all those things you wished to do without being noticed. No one's going to judge you. So you can do all those things you always wanted to do but could not do because there were people around. So be free and sing your heart out, dance like a crazy woman and eat whatever you wish to.
2. Observe things and people around you
It's fun to watch people do things when they feel no one's watching them. So go to a park, sit there and observe people and their behavior. It's real fun. Try it and you'll enjoy seeing how one person is different from the other. In our busy lives, you do not have the time to stand and stare at the beautiful nature. So sit amidst nature, relax and make the most of your time you have with yourself.
3. Create, create, create
When you have free time, be productive instead of being lazy! If you wish to cook a new dish, prepare something new for yourself and then enjoy it while listening to music. You can even paint if you love art or pen down something about yourself. If you're creative enough, there is so much you can do when you are alone.
4. Disconnect
Many people hate being alone at home thinking they are missing out on something more important. So keep away your mobile phone and take a break from the internet. Stop checking your bbm, Facebook or twitter. This will disconnect you from the world and won't make you curious about what's going on elsewhere and what your loved ones are doing while you are alone.
